Might and Magic IX Hints
Stat Barrels
Stat barrels are those that have a colored liquid visible at their top. Any barrel with a sealed wooden top is useless, so don't waste your time with it.
Liquid Color Effect ----------------------------- Clear none Red +2 Might Blue +2 Magic Green +2 Endurance Yellow +2 Accuracy Purple +2 Speed White +2 Luck
There are also barrels that have liquid that's a yucky-looking green with bubbles. Using those gives a low-level random item but also causes the diseased condition.
