Find the saboteur.
1 of 7: Bjarni Herjolfssen gives you this quest if you buy him a drink in the Sturmford City tavern and ask him what's wrong.
2 of 7: Go around and quiz everybody you can find.
3 of 7: The guy you want is in the town hall.
4 of 7: It's Randver the Storm.
5 of 7: Ask him about things until he panics and runs off.
6 of 7: Don't bother chasing him; you can't hurt him, and he'll just teleport away.
7 of 7: Return to Bjarni and tell him who it was. He'll give you a reward, and the quest will be done.
