1 of 5: This is Sturmford City's Jarl's optional secondary quest.
2 of 5: Travel to Thronheim.
3 of 5: Kira's the resident Jarl in Thronheim City.
4 of 5: Deliver the letter to her, and she'll say she's not interested in Bjarni.
5 of 5: Return to him and either tell him the truth or lie; whichever. He'll reward you and the quest will be over.
