How can I get across the big holes in the floors of some of these rooms?
1 of 5: Save your game.
2 of 5: Approach the hole cautiously.
3 of 5: Look for a jumpable "narrow spot" in the hole.
4 of 5: Jump across the narrow spot (press the Jump key while running toward it).
5 of 5: You also might want to cast Feather Fall right before jumping if you have that spell, though you could always restore your save and try again if you fall.
