1 of 4: There's a pedestal a little ways NE of the city that will give +20 Speed temporarily.
2 of 4: There are treasure chests in the Gezzampt area (way NE of the city) and near the two Vampire camps (a ways north of the city).
3 of 4: There's also a cauldron in one of the Vampire camps that will give a permanent +10 to Light resistance.
4 of 4: There's also a cooking pot in the Gezzampt area that will give a temporary +10 to Dark resistance. However, there's a chance it'll poison you, so save before drinking.
