1 of 4: There are two treasure chests and a pedestal of +20 Endurance temporary in a little side area of the ice tunnel that leads NE.
2 of 4: When you find Ice Lobbers in the ice tunnel, you can rack up some experience by just waiting and shooting all the pods they throw at you.
3 of 4: There's a cooking pot a ways NE of the Green Man that will give +15 Physical resistance temporarily, but watch out for random poisoning. The same goes for the +10 Physical resistance pot that's right next to the Green Man's area (and no, they're not cumulative; it's just that each can only be used a few times).
4 of 4: You can use the trunk of the Green Man's big fancy tree to get a permanent +5 to Physical resistance.
