  • 1 of 6: The Green Man in the SE area of the Frosgard outdoors gives you this quest after you talk to Menja Ketildotir in Frosgard City.
  • 2 of 6: Ask Jarl Tryygva in Frosgard City about it.
  • 3 of 6: He says someone named Soxolf Tryygvassen made the pole, so he can probably fix it.
  • 4 of 6: Find Soxolf near the center of town and talk to him about it.
  • 5 of 6: Agree to pay him $500 for supplies.
  • 6 of 6: That's all you need to do; just finish the other two quests and report back to the Green Man.
