  • 1 of 7: The Green Man in the SE area of the Frosgard outdoors gives you this quest after you talk to Menja Ketildotir in Frosgard City.
  • 2 of 7: Go around and talk to various people in Frosgard City.
  • 3 of 7: The ones standing around outside, that is; not the shopkeepers or trainers.
  • 4 of 7: Some of them refuse to pledge, but enough of them will do it.
  • 5 of 7: Read on for an exact list of who may give the pledge. Note that some of them may not have that conversation topic depending on who else you've talked to about it.
  • 6 of 7: Tuathal A'Ghrie - SW of weapon and armor shop
    Jozka Dorcan - inside weapon and armor shop
    Gudrun Fyridotir - inside magic book shop
    Goti Egilssen - just SE of the weapon and armor shop
    Tjorvi the Bold - NW of the weapon and armor shop
    Erik the Fish-head - near the temple door
    Soxolf Tryygvassen - near the +5 magic well
    Rannveig the Elvish - among the houses NW of the town hall

  • 7 of 7: When you've gotten six of those guys to pledge, you'll hear the old "quest ping" sound, and this quest's description will change to say that the pledge has been made. So report success to the Green Man after the other two are done.
