  • 1 of 4: The Green Man in the SE area of the Frosgard outdoors gives you this quest after you talk to Menja Ketildotir in Frosgard City.
  • 2 of 4: Go into Frosgard City and talk to Jarl Tryygva about it.
  • 3 of 4: He'll agree to do it, and that's that.
  • 4 of 4: Report back to the Green Man once you finish the other two quests, and it'll all be over.
