  • 1 of 6: Look for Mr. A'Velsi here in Drangheim City.
  • 2 of 6: He should be walking around near the tavern, or somewhere close by that.
  • 3 of 6: He looks like a bandit, not an ordinary townsperson.
  • 4 of 6: You'll probably have to exit and reenter the city to get him to appear.
  • 5 of 6: Once he does, attack and kill him!
  • 6 of 6: A safe way to do this is to stand up on the top level of the Jarl's castle and shoot down at him.
