Go to Thronheim for the War Council.
  • 1 of 3: This is the first main line quest you get after getting all six Jarls to join the alliance.
  • 2 of 3: It's scheduled to take place two weeks from the day you get the last Jarl to join, but it's not going to happen until you complete the quest to end the war between Sturmford and Drangheim.
  • 3 of 3: Once you do, the council will meet in Kira's room in her castle in Thronheim.
