1 of 9: This piece is in plain view and within easy reach.
2 of 9: The trick is just finding where the rope is.
3 of 9: This takes lots of exploring.
4 of 9: Have you looked at the fort?
5 of 9: Herman Toothrot (the bearded old man) may have told you where it is.
6 of 9: In your third encounter with him, if you brush him off, he says he lives in the fort on the volcano.
7 of 9: To get there, from the map screen that includes the south shore, go west to the next map screen.
8 of 9: Near the top of the crater is a fort.
9 of 9: Inside the fort is the first piece of rope.
