How can I train?

  • 1 of 11: You need to find a reputable trainer somewhere on Melee Island.
  • 2 of 11: There's only one, and his gym is hard to reach.
  • 3 of 11: It's past the troll's toll bridge.
  • 4 of 11: Once past the bridge, go to the yellow light (labeled "House" on the general map of Melee Island) on the middle, far-right of the island.
  • 5 of 11: Now you need to convince Captain Smirk to train you.
  • 6 of 11: He won't train just anyone, though.
  • 7 of 11: Show some spirit.
  • 8 of 11: When he tells you that you don't have what it takes, disagree.
  • 9 of 11: Say "I do so" a couple times, and he'll agree to train you.
  • 10 of 11: Of course, you'll need money and a sword.
  • 11 of 11: Once you have these items, he'll train you.
