How do I make a compass?
  • 1 of 12: That encyclopedia you found back on Plunder Island should help you.
  • 2 of 12: You need a magnetic piece of metal floating in a liquid.
  • 3 of 12: There's a magnet on the refrigerator in the closet of the hotel.
  • 4 of 12: That won't float, but you can use it to make another magnet -- just use the magnet on another piece of metal.
  • 5 of 12: Try using it on the pin.
  • 6 of 12: The pin is now magnetic, but you need to make it float.
  • 7 of 12: Look for something you can stick it in.
  • 8 of 12: How about the cork from the bottle of shaving soap, from the beach?
  • 9 of 12: Just bite it to get the cork out.
  • 10 of 12: Finally, you need some liquid.
  • 11 of 12: Sea water would work nicely.
  • 12 of 12: Just put it in the measuring cup from the cannibal's village.  Then, put the pin-in-cork in the measuring cup, and you'll have your compass.
