3 of 6: A flyer in Puerto Pollo might help you find the right person.
4 of 6: You need to find the Voodoo Priestess.
5 of 6: She's on the ship in the swamp. Pull the alligator tongue to get her to appear.
6 of 6: Talk to her and go through all of the available conversation options. She'll eventually tell you where to find Elaine and how to cure her. Once you've heard this information, you should be able to explore Puerto Pollo.
