How do I get a ship?
1 of 7: Go talk to the harbor mistress down by the docks.
2 of 7: Tell her you're commandeering a vessel.
3 of 7: Keep pressing the issue until she explains that you need "proper authority" to acquire a ship.
4 of 7: Who do you know on the island who has authority?
5 of 7: Go talk to Elaine.
6 of 7: Tell her you need authority. She'll give you a gubernatorial symbol.
7 of 7: Go back and show it to the harbor mistress.
