The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Kill rival vampires.
1 of 4: Now Quarra wants you to go out and deplete the enemies' supplies of vampire troops.
2 of 4: You need to kill at least twelve vampires that belong to Clan Berne or Clan Aundae. See the Vampire Lair List to find out where you can locate such people.
3 of 4: If you find the enemy HQ and renegade vampires to be too tough, then try the generic lairs.
4 of 4: Once you've killed your quota, get back to Quarra to get your Vampire Touch spell upgraded so that you can feed off of the local cattle population.
