The Weapon Delivery
1 of 4: Lucan Ostorius gives you this quest. He's standing around at location 16 on the Maar Gan map.
2 of 4: He'll give you four semi-valuable weapons and tell you to deliver them to Yak gro-Skandar at The Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn City.
3 of 4: The next time you're in Ald'ruhn, find Yak in the Pot and talk to him about "Lucan's shipment" to turn the weapons over and finish the quest. You'll get 100 gold and a disposition increase with the Thieves Guild (if you're a member).
4 of 4: If you enter and then leave Ald'ruhn City without turning the weapons over, Ostorius will appear out of nowhere and attack you.
