Pemenie and the Boots of Blinding Speed
1 of 6: Talk to Pemenie at location 34 on the Ald'ruhn map about "making a deal" to get this quest.
2 of 6: Once she's following you, go along the path north and west past Horse-Mouth's guar ranch, and then around and to the SW.
3 of 6: When you reach a wooden bridge that's a little ways NE of Gnaar Mok, she'll stop and give you your reward.
4 of 6: You'd better take a look at those so-called "Boots of Blinding Speed." They take their own name illiterately!
5 of 6: Well, you can always sell them. They're worth 500 gold.
6 of 6: If you want to get revenge on Pemenie (or just want her magic axe and gold), you can go talk to someone in Gnaar Mok about her. They'll say she has a bounty on her head. Talk to her about the bounty repeatedly to lower her disposition until she attacks, and then kill her. (Or just kill her without all the talking. She deserves it!)
