1 of 3: The Falasmaryon Propylon Index is sitting on a silver plate next to the Magic Rock of Maar Gan in the Maar Gan Shrine.
2 of 3: The Falensarano Propylon Index is in the Forgotten Galleries section of the Maelkashishi Shrine. From near the door that leads outside, levitate up and forward to find a ledge with a skeletal corpse, the index on a scroll, a Daedric longbow and some Daedric arrows, and more good stuff.
3 of 3: The Shrine of Pitted Dreams section of Mamaea has a room with a glowing idol and a woman named Zula in it. It also has a large open box containing some truly cool things, including ebony boots, a dagger called Fang of Haynekhtnamet (one of the very best short blades in the game), and a Daedric helm called Face of Inspiration.
