1 of 2: Stacey's next job is to go to Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn City Fighters Guild and talk to him about helping the Thieves Guild fight the Camonna Tong.
2 of 2: All you have to do is take the Mages Guild teleporter to Ald'ruhn, find Mercius in the Fighters Guild and talk to him about "help us fight," and then teleport back and report to Stacey. Simple, huh?
