How do I get to Tel Naga's Upper Tower and Upper Hall?
1 of 4: You have to levitate up there.
2 of 4: There are entrances to the Upper Tower on the roof of the Tel Naga building and on a ledge in the Great Hall.
3 of 4: You also have to levitate within the tower to get from floor to floor. That's how it is in most Telvanni towers.
4 of 4: To get to the Upper Hall, you have to go through a door on the roof of the Tel Naga building or through a locked door in the Upper Tower.
