  • 2 of 4: Bemis and his outlaw gang are hiding out in the Hlaalu Ancestral Vaults in the Hlaalu Canalworks in Vivec.
  • 3 of 4: They may actually be friendly to you when you find them, but Bemis has to die for this writ, anyway.
  • 4 of 4: Be sure to loot all their corpses, as some of them have good weapons.
