Reflect
When defending against magical attacks, the Reflect effect is even better than Resist Magicka since a successful Reflect not only saves you from getting hurt, but sends the spell back to possibly damage its caster. It also can reflect spells that Resist Magicka can't resist, though note that it can't help you when your own magic is reflected back by an opponent. It's *very* hard to get a total constant Reflect of anywhere near 100%, but the Drake's Pride robe and Marara's Ring aren't too hard to get, and they add up to 45% together.
