The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Rescue Ragash gra-Shuzgub
1 of 11: Darius' fourth quest has you go into Arvs-Drelen, the Velothi dome at the NW corner of town, to find and rescue an orc tax collector who went in there and never came out.
2 of 11: You'll find Ragash gra-Shuzgub in a locked prison cell down some stairs near the entrance.
3 of 11: You can try to pick the lock and disarm the trap on the door and then just lead gra-Shuzgub out if you want to.
4 of 11: Or you can go find Baladas, the guy who put her there, and convince him to give you the key to the cell.
5 of 11: First, find the bedroom that has a key setting on a piece of paper on a table.
6 of 11: That key will open the locked door to the dome area that Baladas is in.
7 of 11: Go there, ignore the peaceful Daedroth, and talk to Baladas about the situation.
8 of 11: If you can get his disposition up to 60, he'll give you the key if you tell him that Ragash has learned her lesson.
9 of 11: NOTE: Don't kill or anger Baladas if you are or plan to be a member of Great House Telvanni.
10 of 11: However you open the cell, talk to the orc to get her to follow you, then find the exit and go outside.
11 of 11: She'll be okay, and you can go report success to Darius.
