  • 1 of 4: Skink, as I'll call him for short, is in the Sadrith Mora Mages Guild in Wolverine Hall. You can start on his quests after you finish Edwinna Elbert's second quest.
  • 2 of 4: His first quest is to escort a scholar named Tenyeminwe from Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub to the ship at the docks a ways to the NW.
  • 3 of 4: Just talk to Tenyeminwe in the cornerclub to get her to follow you, and then make your way to the docks.
  • 4 of 4: She'll thank you and stop following you when you arrive at the docks, and you can then report success to Skink. (But first, talk to her again about "travel together" to get some atronach-summoning scrolls.)
