Restless Spirit
  • 1 of 6: Kaye's fifth and final quest is to go to Hla Oad in the Balmora region and contact Okur about a ghost that's been pestering her recently.
  • 2 of 6: Take a boat to Hla Oad and find Okur in her house.
  • 3 of 6: Talk to her to find out that the spirit belongs to Julielle Aumine, a woman who was killed by smugglers who are holed up in a nearby cave.
  • 4 of 6: Go to Yasamsi, which is just a short distance SE of Hla Oad (location 30 on the Balmora map), and kill all four of the smugglers in the cave.
  • 5 of 6: Loot the place, not neglecting to get Aumine's amulet off of Ralos Othrenim's body.
  • 6 of 6: Return to Okur with the amulet to help her put the spirit to rest, then report back to Kaye to get some powerful magic scrolls.
