1 of 3: There's a special Mudcrab on an island in the NW sector of this region that you can talk to and barter with. He only sells booze, but buys just about everything except ingredients and books (he even buys skooma). He has 10,000 gold to spend, and buys and sells items at their exact values, so this is a very good place to sell skooma and valuable items you don't want but no one else can afford to buy. (Be sure not to kill him accidentally; he does look just like a regular Mudcrab.)
2 of 3: In the Inner Shrine area of the Bal Fell Shrine, there's a locked chest next to the giant statue that has a pair of Ten Pace Boots in it. They're very valuable artifact boots, but watch out when casting the spell on them; besides all the good effects, it drains your fatigue.
3 of 3: In the Beran Ancestral Tomb, there's a valuable glass poisonsword stuck in the little round bone-and-ash thing with the toppled-over Shrine of the Tribunal.
