1 of 2: There's lots of gold to be stolen in Dren's Villa on the Dren Plantation. Some of it is in sacks, and some is sitting on a locked desk (and a lot more of it is inside the locked desk). There are also some truly awesome items on the shelf next to Orvas Dren, but it's really hard to steal them without getting caught unless you hide behind a post and use the Telekinesis spell.
2 of 2: There's a Sword of White Woe hiding under the beds on the top floor of the Guard Tower in Suran. There's a guard nearby, so go into Sneak mode to take it. Also, go find an identical twin sword in Balmora City's Eastern Guard Tower.
