The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Notes and extras
1 of 2: If you get past the first locked door in the Tower of Dusk Lower Level, you'll find another locked door and a guy with the key to it. You can either pickpocket it or unlock the door by other means while in Sneak mode (or under a Chameleon spell) to find the Tower of Dusk vault. It's not as rich as the Great House vaults in Vivec, but it has several valuable ebony and glass items.
2 of 2: The Tower of Dawn Lower Level vault is a bit easier to get into. There's only one locked door, and the key is sitting on a table near it. You have to use Sneak mode to steal the key undetected, but that's a lot easier than pickpocketing someone.
