Flin for Elith-Pal
1 of 4: Hrundi has a quest where you deliver wine to a mine, and Mercius does, too.
2 of 4: Take the flin he gives you and go to the Elith-Pal Mine, which is at location 22 on the Dagoth Ur map.
3 of 4: Find Dangor way at the other end of the mine and hand the flin over to him.
4 of 4: When you return to Mercius, say you want something to "wet your throat" and he'll give you a bottle of Cyrodiilic brandy along with the 500 gold reward.
