Kill Necromancer Telura Ulver
  • 1 of 4: Skink's next quest has you going after a necromancer who lives in a cave.
  • 2 of 4: The cave is Shal, and is location 23 on the Balmora map.
  • 3 of 4: In Shal, you'll have to pass a few undead opponents and a locked door to get to Ulver.
  • 4 of 4: Once she's dead, loot her area (it has some high-quality potion-making apparatus) and then report back to Skink.
