Scrap Metal
1 of 4: Radd Hard-Heart is inside the Moonmoth Legion Fort, which is location 26 on the Balmora map.
2 of 4: His first quest is to get one unit of scrap metal for a contest.
3 of 4: You can take his advice and go find one in a Dwemer ruin, but it's much easier to go to Balmora City and buy one from Nalcarya in her alchemy shop.
4 of 4: Deliver the scrap metal to Hard-Heart to finish the quest and get 500 gold.
