of 10: Frald the White is up on the second floor at the north end of the Hawkmoth Legion Garrison in Ebonheart (Vivec region).
of 10: His first quest is to go to the Tower of Dusk in the Ghostgate region and trick Salyn Sarethi into thinking you and the Imperial Legion are both witty and courteous. This is gonna be a tough job!
of 10: Or maybe not if your Intelligence attribute is 50 or more. If so, you'll be fine as you are.
of 10: But if you're not so bright, you'll need to go get the Red Book of Riddles somewhere.
of 10: Frald suggests you get it from Codus Callonus' bookstore in Ald'ruhn City. Go talk to him about it, and he'll give you his copy.
of 10: Once you're prepared, go to the Ghostgate region, find the Ghostgate, and enter the Tower of Dusk.
of 10: Make your way to the tower's lower level, and you'll find Sarethi in one of the rooms.
of 10: Talk to him about "courtesy" and then "riddle" to get started.
of 10: If you've got the high Intelligence or the book, you'll be given the correct answer option (always the third option) on every riddle.
of 10: Once you've impressed Sarethi, report back to Frald to get a Speechcraft skill book.
