The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Saprius Entius
of 8: Frald's last quest has you going out to find a fellow Legionnaire who's been accused of murder. Frald doesn't believe he'll get a fair trial if he's caught by the Ordinators, so he wants you to find him first.
of 8: You can get a good lead on Saprius Entius' location by talking to an Ordinator about him. (If, that is, you don't have a bounty or an Indoril cuirass or helmet on you, and the Ordinator's disposition is at least 70.)
of 8: The Ordinators point you to the Arena area. Fortunately, they don't know exactly where in the Arena he's hiding out. (Yet.)
of 8: Explore the lesser-traveled areas to find him.
of 8: Specifically, he's in the Arena Storage area, which is accessible via a door in the Arena Canalworks.
of 8: As soon as you talk to him, two Ordinators will magically appear behind you and attack. Kill them as quickly as you can to keep Entius from being killed. (Fortunately, killing these Ordinators doesn't get you expelled from the Temple.)
of 8: Now you have to figure out how to escort Entius all the way back to Frald the White in Ebonheart without any more guards seeing him.
of 8: Entius will be safe once you enter the Hawkmoth Legion Garrison building, so go upstairs and tell Frald about it to finish the quest and get the Helm of Graff the White, which can put a constant 10% Reflect on you.
