The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
How can I destroy the heart?
1 of 7: You start out on a ledge that's up near the top of the giant Akulakhan robot.
2 of 7: The heart is in the unfinished robot's chest, accessible by a rope bridge that's a considerable distance directly below the ledge you're on.
3 of 7: The best way to handle this is to cast Slowfall or Levitate on yourself and drop down to the bridge.
4 of 7: If you're lucky, Dagoth Ur will jump after you and miss the bridge, which will keep him off your back for a few critical seconds. (Though note that he's teleported to the center of the bridge when you reach the heart.)
5 of 7: NOTE: If you have the Bloodmoon expansion pack installed, you could go get the Ebony Arrows of Slaying from the hollow treestump in Thirsk and use one to kill Dagoth Ur as soon as you enter Akulakhan's chamber. That way Ur can't pester you while you go about your business.
6 of 7: When you reach the glowing, pulsing god's heart, give it a good whack with Sunder.
7 of 7: Then stab it with Keening until it dies and vanishes.
