The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
How can I make a super Enchant-enhancing item?
1 of 6: If you have Tribunal (or the Game of the Year edition) installed, go to Mournhold and buy any spell that fortifies a skill from Laurina Maria in the palace's Imperial Cult Services area.
2 of 6: Then get yourself an exquisite amulet or ring, since they have room for a lot of enchantment.
3 of 6: Go to Miun-Gei and have him enchant your amulet or ring with a spell that fortifies your Enchant skill.
4 of 6: You'll find that if you make the duration short (like 2 seconds), even a fortification of 100 points on Self won't take up nearly all of the item's enchant potential.
5 of 6: So put another identical effect on it. With an exquisite amulet or ring, you can put on *four* spells of Fortify Enchant 100 points on Self for 2 seconds.
6 of 6: Using that amulet will add 400 to your Enchant skill! Sure, it doesn't last long, but remember that you enchant items while the game is paused, so it doesn't really matter.
