Control the Ordinators
- 1 of 15: Duke Vedam Dren is on the second floor of Ebonheart's Grand Council Chambers in the Vivec region. You can get quests from him once you've finished your stronghold and gotten promoted to House Father by Crassius Curio.
- 2 of 15: This quest has you going to the High Fane building in Vivec's Temple area to talk to Tholer Saryoni about getting those overly-zealous Ordinator guards under control.
- 3 of 15: Dren gives you a key to Saryoni's private room, so go to the High Fane and open the locked door there to find Saryoni.
- 4 of 15: Talk to him about "control the Ordinators," "troubling times," and "Ordinators have failed."
- 5 of 15: He'll agree to help with the problem if you recover a certain artifact for him called the Robe of St. Roris.
- 6 of 15: It's in Assemanu, a Sixth House base at location 4 on the Vivec map.
- 7 of 15: There are some really tough battles to be fought in there, but what did you expect from one of the most advanced quests for a faction?
- 8 of 15: Once you're inside Assemanu, look for a dead Ordinator with a winding stone path near him leading up. You'll find another dead guy at the top with a useful key on him.
- 9 of 15: That key opens the door to the Shrine area, which is where you need to go to find the robe you're after.
- 10 of 15: When you reach an area in the Shrine where the tunnel continues up out of reach, you can levitate or use the big rocks along the right side of the tunnel to jump up there.
- 11 of 15: Soon after that you'll encounter several Dreamers. Be sure to search their bodies to find another useful key.
- 12 of 15: When you reach the final chamber, you'll meet Dagoth Hlevul (an Ascended Sleeper). Kill him and take his valuable 6th House Amulet.
- 13 of 15: To get to the chest with the Robe of St. Roris, levitate up to the stone walkway that's way above the floor in Hlevul's room (or use Telekinesis while standing in a spot where you can see the chest). The key you got from a Dreamer recently will open the chest.
- 14 of 15: Return to Vivec City and hand the robe over to Saryoni, then report back to Duke Dren to finish the quest.
- 15 of 15: NOTE: The robe can be worn over your regular armor, and it causes your health and fatigue to rapidly and constantly regenerate (in the unpatched version of the game, at least), so you may not be in a hurry to turn it in. I understand.
