Belt of Sanguine Fleetness
1 of 4: This is one of the few quests Hlaalu gives you in which he explicitly has you go after a Sanguine item. Usually, you just have to get them as you can and turn them in for the Webspinner quest. (Note that the game's journal doesn't list this quest)
2 of 4: The person with the belt is Hrordis, who's in a room in the Halfway Inn at Pelagiad (Bal Ur region).
