The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
How do I stop being a vampire when I'm done with the quests?
of 10: You need to find someone who can cure vampirism.
of 10: There's a rare book about vampires that will give you a hint.
of 10: You'll learn from the book that Molag Bal, one of the Daedra gods, is the one to talk to. (Note that this starts "A Cure for Vampirism" in the quest journal.)
of 10: Visit his shrine at location 37 on the Bal Ur map.
of 10: As soon as you enter the Underground section of the shrine, stop and listen as Molag Bal speaks to you.
of 10: Wait for both of his slow paragraph-long messages to appear and disappear, then go do what he tells you to do.
of 10: Once Molag Grunda and Nomeg Gwai are both dead, return to the Bal Ur Shrine via the Propylon Chambers (or whatever) and go to the Underground area again.
of 10: This time you'll have to make your way to the giant Molag Bal statue and activate it to finish the quest and get yourself cured of vampirism. Back to regular life!
of 10: And why not start off by stealing the glass halberd and helm near the Molag Bal statue?
