Foul Cult Beneath St. Delyn Canton
1 of 5: Llethan's final quest has you going after a cult leader in one of Vivec's sewer shrines.
2 of 5: Go to the St. Delyn Underworks (via the St. Delyn Canalworks, via the St. Delyn Waistworks) and find the Ihinipalit Shrine.
3 of 5: It's a very small shrine with only a few enemies to be killed, but they're very tough.
4 of 5: However, you only have to kill one of them (Bjadmund), so you could concentrate on him and then run or teleport away.
5 of 5: Report success to Llethan to get a really nice artifact called the Ancestral Wisdom Staff.
