The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Sixth House Base
of 11: Your next assignment from Cosades is to go trash a certain Sixth House base. It's a tough job, and you'd best be level 15 or better with good equipment before you try it.
of 11: To find out where the base is, go to the Buckmoth Legion Fort in the Ald'ruhn region and talk to Raesa Pullia about the base and the patrol that went there earlier.
of 11: She'll say it's called Ilunibi, and that you should ask around in Gnaar Mok about it, so go do so (it's a fishing village along the west coast of the Ald'ruhn region).
of 11: You'll learn that Ilunibi is the sea cave north of Gnaar Mok.
of 11: To be precise, it's location 7 on the Ald'ruhn map.
of 11: The base is divided up into five sections, none of which have any noteworthy treasure or extras to go after.
of 11: Just quickly make your way through the Carcass of the Saint, Marowak's Spine, and Blackened Heart to get to the Soul's Rattle area.
of 11: When you approach Dagoth Gares in Soul's Rattle, he may yak at you a bit about how Dagoth Ur is a really nice guy and would be willing to let you join him if you visit him in his citadel, but you can ignore that nonsense and just kill him.
of 11: However, as he dies, he curses you with the corprus disease. Don't restore your savegame and try again, since this is unavoidable.
of 11: After looting Gares' shrine area (two open stone boxes of stuff, the Fists of Randagulf next to one of the boxes, glass boots, and a Sixth House Bell Hammer next to the bells), report back to Cosades to get an idea of where to go to get a cure.
of 11: You can also now do a little bonus side quest in Ald-ruhn.
