Mehra Milo and the Lost Prophecies
  • 1 of 13: When you report your cured state to Cosades, he'll break the news that he's been recalled to the Imperial City of Cyrodiil.
  • 2 of 13: He'll also promote you to Operative. (Talk to him about "promotion to Operative" to get some money and useful items.)
  • 3 of 13: Now you can finally get serious about finding the lost prophecies of the Nerevarine for the Urshilaku wise woman. Cosades tells you to consult with Mehra Milo about it.
  • 4 of 13: When you're ready, you need to get to the Ministry of Truth.
  • 5 of 13: The Ordinator guards in the Hall of Processing area will automatically attack you unless you're a high-ranking member of the Temple faction. Even then you'd better not talk to them, or they might attack anyway. (Even if you're the Temple Patriarch, and are technically their ultimate boss.)
  • 6 of 13: Explore around the Hall of Processing area until you find the entrance to the Prison Keep, where Milo is being held.
  • 7 of 13: Once you're inside Milo's cell, talk to her to give her a Divine Intervention scroll and get instructions on what to do next.
  • 8 of 13: Once inside, find Gilvas Barelo in the library area. (It's to the right as you enter the monastery.)
  • 9 of 13: Ask him about "lost prophecies" to get two of them that should satisfy Maesa at the Urshilaku camp. He'll also give you "Kagrenac's Tools," which tells an interesting story about Dagoth Ur and the three tools you'll eventually need to find to defeat him.
  • 10 of 13: BUG NOTE: Whether or not Mehra Milo is with Barelo in the library is up to the glitchy whims of the game. Once, she was there until I quicksaved in that room, and then she vanished! Fortunately, that doesn't affect the quest any.
  • 11 of 13: Now that you have the stuff that Maesa wants, boat on back to Khuul and return to the Urshilaku Ashlander Camp.
  • 12 of 13: Talk to Maesa in the wise woman's yurt about the lost prophecies to turn over what you have.
  • 13 of 13: Say goodbye to her and then talk to her again (you may have to rest or wait a few hours first) to start on the next main quest, which is "The Path of the Incarnate." (Remember that Cosades is gone, and you won't be reporting to him anymore. Do go and loot his house sometime, though.)
