The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints

Exterminator

  • 1 of 11: Talk to Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Fighters Guild about "cave rats" to get this quest.
  • 2 of 11: NOTE: You don't have to be a member of the guild to do this quest. You could just head over to Drarayne Thelas' house and kill the rats (but she won't give you the key).
  • 3 of 11: Fire-Eye says that Drarayne Thelas has been trying to get the guild to help her with her rat problem.
  • 4 of 11: Go talk to Thelas in her house on the east side of the river.
  • 5 of 11: She'll say there's three rats running around and give you a key.
  • 6 of 11: First, open her bedroom door and kill the rat in there.
  • 7 of 11: Then leave her house and climb up the nearby stairs to get to her storage room door.
  • 8 of 11: It's locked, but you can open it without any lockpicks or spells because of the key she gave you.
  • 9 of 11: Kill the two rats in her storage room, then go talk to her again to get a 100 gold reward.
  • 10 of 11: TIP: You can raid her bedroom and storage room for anything you'd like to take. Just don't let her see you do it.
  • 11 of 11: Return to Fire-Eye and talk to her about "cave rats" and "orders" to finish this quest and get the next one (if you're a Fighters Guild member).
