The Corpse and the Skooma Pipe
  • 1 of 7: You "get" this quest by discovering Ernil Omoran's body NE of Balmora City (location 31 on the Balmora map) and taking his possessions.
  • 2 of 7: The skooma pipe he has on him is labeled as Tsiya's, so take it and the note to the owner.
  • 3 of 7: Tsiya's house is in Balmora City, just west of the river.
  • 4 of 7: Both of her doors are locked, and you're going to have to use a lockpick or spell to open one of them.
  • 5 of 7: I suggest you unlock the upper door since it's more out-of-sight than the front door.
  • 6 of 7: Once you're inside, talk to Tsiya about "someone in particular" and then "Note From Ernil."
  • 7 of 7: If you choose to return her pipe, you'll get 50 gold and 10 units of moon sugar that you can sell to Ra'Virr in his shop or Ajira in the Mages Guild. That's a lot more than the pipe is worth.
