Disguise
  • 1 of 8: This is the first quest Nileno Dorvayn gives you. She's in the Hlaalu Council Manor in Balmora City. (Note that you can't get this quest if your race is Argonian or Khajiit. You'll start with the quest "Alchemical Formulas.")
  • 2 of 8: She gives you a special helm that you're supposed to wear to fool someone in Ald'ruhn.
  • 3 of 8: So put the helm on and go take the silt strider or Mages Guild teleportation service to Ald'ruhn.
  • 4 of 8: Once you arrive, make your way NE to the Manor District and enter it.
  • 5 of 8: The doors to the Redoran Council building are at the north end of the district.
  • 6 of 8: Enter and talk to Neminda.
  • 7 of 8: Use the code phrase "Orphan of Arnesia" to get the orders that Dorvayn wants.
  • 8 of 8: Now take the silt strider back to Balmora and give the orders to Dorvayn to complete this quest.
