Marsus Tullius' Missing Hides

  • 1 of 9: You can find Marsus Tullius on the road at location 21 on the Tel Aruhn map.
  • 2 of 9: Talk to him to learn that some Ashlanders stole a shipment of guar hides that he was taking to Tel Aruhn.
  • 3 of 9: The nearest Ashlander camp is the Erabenimsun camp to the SE. It's location 23 on the Molag Mar map.
  • 4 of 9: Ask around at the camp about "guar hide shipment" and you'll learn that two Erabenimsun warriors named Tinti and Hairan took the guar hides.
  • 5 of 9: You'll also learn that they were within their rights to do so since Tullius was poaching on their land.
  • 6 of 9: Due to this little factor, you won't want to attack them to take the hides back. Instead, wait until you're a member of the Ashlander faction (which you'll be after doing several Main Quests) and then talk to them about it. They may offer the hides to you freely.
  • 7 of 9: Or they may be all stuck up over the whole Nerevarine business and refuse to talk to you at all, and attack if you try to talk to either of them twice.
  • 8 of 9: Either way, get the 10 special guar hides with Marsus' name stamped on them and go give them to Tullius.
  • 9 of 9: He has nothing to reward you with, so go talk to his father, who's wandering around outside in Tel Aruhn. He'll give you a 200 gold reward when you talk to him about "Marsus Tullius' hides."
