The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
A Lucky Coin
of 9: This isn't a quest per se, but does have definite rewards, one of which is tied directly to the Imperial Cult.
of 9: A man named Wulf will be near Galor Salvi's bar in the Tower of Dusk at the Ghostgate after you get Wraithguard from Vivec in a main quest.
of 9: Talk to him about "Ghostgate," say you're the Nerevarine, and accept his lucky coin.
of 9: You'll get a specially-labeled gold piece in your inventory, but it's useless.
of 9: However, check your list of powers.
of 9: You'll have received a new power called Luck of the Emperor that you can use to fortify your Luck attribute temporarily.
of 9: Once you've got that, go talk to Lalatia Varian in Ebonheart's Imperial Chapels about Wulf.
of 9: She'll say that he was a manifestation of the god-emperor Tiber Septim, and your Reputation will go up by two points.
of 9: Also, you can now talk to people about "latest rumors" to hear about it. Cool, huh?
