The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
Kill Rival Vampires
1 of 4: Berne now quests you to kill a bunch of vampires from the two rival clans, Aundae and Quarra. (Note that this quest isn't put in your quest journal.)
2 of 4: You need to kill twelve or more total, so check the Vampire Lair List to see where all you can find some.
3 of 4: Avoid the HQ and renegade lairs if possible, since they're usually tougher than the other lairs.
4 of 4: Report back to Berne once you've gotten twelve or more kills and talk about "future rewards" to get permission to use your Vampire Touch spell to feed off of the local cattle (of course, you always could have).
