The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Hints
The Quarra Amulet
1 of 9: Talk to Quarra about "use to me" and "raw materials" to get this next quest.
2 of 9: You're to find five extravagant sapphire amulets, two portions of void salt, a Daedra's heart, a portion of ectoplasm, a portion of vampire dust, and a skull.
3 of 9: You can get those items in many different places (ingredients can be stolen from many shops), but I'll list some specific ones that you can go to, provided you haven't already looted the joints.
4 of 9: For the amulets, here are lists of places you can find them lying around and people you can kill to get them. (Be sure to taunt the people if necessary to get them and only them to fight you.) Note that you can randomly find amulets in some treasure and in some clothier shops.
5 of 9: As for the potion ingredients, vampire dust can be gotten by killing vampires from the two rival clans of Berne and Aundae. You'll have to bump off a bunch of them for Quarra's last quest, anyway.
6 of 9: You can buy the other ingredients from shops run by mages or Telvanni, or can steal them from other shops. (If you kill Cienne Sintieve for her amulet, you might as well get her ectoplasm and void salts, too.)
7 of 9: As for the skull, they're really quite common, though it may not seem like it now that you're after one for a quest. They can be found lying around many tombs and other dungeons, and are in some wizardly homes and shops on display.
8 of 9: There are three skulls lying around on the ground floor of the Caldera Mages Guild. It's probably easiest to just go there and steal one.
9 of 9: When you return with all the stuff, Quarra will give you an amulet that you can use to teleport back to HQ from anywhere.
